1. A free friendly-bets tracker
MySmallBet is a free service for tracking friendly bets between friends. All points, scores, rankings, and standings shown within the service are part of a game and have no real-world monetary value on the platform itself.
2. We never hold money
MySmallBet does not hold, process, or transfer any money. You cannot deposit funds, purchase anything, or withdraw a balance. When friends choose to settle a bet, they do so directly between themselves — for example with a gift card — entirely outside the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use MySmallBet. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Entertainment purposes
MySmallBet is provided solely for entertainment between friends. Predictions, points, and leaderboards are part of a game and should not be relied upon for any financial or investment decisions.
5. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate predictions or leaderboards, or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MySmallBet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
